Our Capabilities Include:

Powder Coatings

Definition of what it is and a few examples of some specific products this is used on...such as the semiconductor field, perhaps motorcycles or cars or whatever else you consider a primary use for powder coatings.

Liquid Coatings

- The application of enamel, urethane, and/or acrylic based industrial paints that are used for both metal and plastic parts.

Conformal Coatings

- The application of fast air drying polyurethane or acrylic coatings, well suited for printed circuit board applications. Most conformal coatings contain fluorescent tracer for inspection purposes.

Silk-Screening

- A stencil process in which coloring matter is forced onto a metal or plastic part.

RFI/EMI Shielding

- The application of conductive coatings to plastic or metal parts depending on the specifications of the customer.

Sandblasting / Beadblasting

- Blast cleaning using sand as an abrasive.

Packaging

- B.I.C. as the capabilities to package for customer specifications.

Skidding

- B.I.C. can safely and efficiently palletize parts for shipment to whatever location the customer desires.

Assembly

- B.I.C. also offers mechanical assembly per specification for customers.

Parts Identification

- We also offer part markings per specification.
