BIC has over 20,000 square feet of work area so that we can handle most jobs, whether they are small, medium or large. Our facility includes four paint booths, three ovens (of which one can handle jobs up to 24 feet in length to 5 feet in width), silk-screen room and an assembly area. Our Brand New Chem-Film facility includes over 6,000 square feet space to handle any job that may be required for our Chem-Film Customers.

We are located in Austin, Texas, conveniently off Interstate 35. Our location is convenient to most major manufactures in the Austin Area.

Every job that enters our facilities undergoes pretreatment preparation to ensure a quality paint/powder coating job. Color control is an important part of our quality program. With our Xrite Spectrophotometer, we are able to achieve precise color control from the first to the last batch of paint/powder.

Through our Labor Tracking System we have a complete record of the cost of every job. This data makes it possible for us to quote right on target and determine a fair price for each order.
